Elaine Stern
Director

Elaine provides strategic leadership to The 10 Group.  Elaine started her career in broadcasting (BBC, LWT & LBC) and in 1993 joined Lynne Franks PR.  Elaine saw an opportunity to combine TV & PR and was one of the pioneers of Video News Release in the UK. 


In 1993 she started one of the first broadcast agencies in the UK and in 1998 co-founded TVC with Marc de Leuw which they sold in 2008.  In 2010 she established The 10 Group with Marc & Gideon.  Elaine advises global brands on broadcast strategy, media relations  and content. 


She heads up a mentoring group for young media professionals and chairs a number of broadcast groups within the PR industry.

 

 

 

Eddie Hammerman
Director

Eddie heads up media strategy . He started his career on BBC ONE’s prime time magazine programme the ‘Here and Now’ show and became one of the UK’s youngest national radio producers from 1999, producing cutting edge, live news and sports programming on talkSPORT radio and BBC Manchester. 


He combines a journalistic insight with 10 years ‘ broadcast PR experience to advise some of the UK’s biggest brands on media engagement strategy.


In daily contact with national newsrooms editors, Eddie regularly secures high profile news reactive slots for clients including Olympic sponsors, leading consumer and corporate brands. He also executes proactive multi-media/ platform campaigns, combining the right kind of brand coverage with targeted audience engagement.

 

Gideon Joseph
Director

Gideon oversees Production & New Business at The 10 Group.  Gideon has worked in management and production at Britain’s top broadcasters including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Sky News.


His programming experience ranges from news and current affairs through to factual entertainment.
Roles have included: commissioning editor at Channel 4, Producer on both BBC2’s Newsnight and ITV’s Tonight with Trevor McDonald and Executive Producer at SKY News. In 2007, Gideon was appointed to oversee the reality juggernaut “Big Brother” and in 2009 worked with Jamie Oliver on his renowned food welfare campaigns. He has also acted as Executive Producer of The Wright Stuff and BBC3’s hit show, Young Dumb and Living Off Mum. 


Gideon advises global clients on multi-platform content strategies as well as new ways to deliver engagement with consumers.

 

 

 

Mandy Watkins
Executive Producer

Mandy Watkins is 10’s Executive Producer specialising in Style and Music and live coverage of events.  


Having worked on flagship shows for Channel 4 including T4 and late night cult music series Transmission, she went on to produce, direct and co-construct Pocket TV in conjunction with Sony Ericsson. A ground breaking online music series,  it became cult viewing  for 16 – 24 year olds, with over 10 million viewers. She has worked on a variety of fashion shows and documentaries for the BBC & Ch4, including producing shows and live streaming from London Fashion Week and live events including V, Glastonbury and Wireless festivals.  She is lead counsel to 10’s fashion, health and grooming clients.

 

Marc de Leuw
Director

Marc heads up ISEBOX and key Operations at The 10 Group. Marc originally trained as a radio journalist , presenting his own shows on LBC Radio and BBC London.  In 1998 he co-founded TVC, the broadcast PR agency, where he pioneered production and leading edge digital distribution tools. 


In 2008 he sold TVC with partner Elaine Stern and returned to the industry in 2010 to take digital distribution and content management to the next level with the launch of ISEBOX.

 

 

 

Salvatore Salpietro
Chief Technology Officer

In addition to managing the dynamic cloud IT infrastructure of The 10 Group, Salvatore drives the development and design of the ISEBOX platform. This includes working with our global teams of programmers and testing facilities, as well as implementing user feedback into ISEBOX product development.


Prior to developing ISEBOX, Salvatore worked in NYC in e-commerce content syndication at WebCollage Inc., in a Product Support and Development role. Previous experience includes government-level IT consulting, and university application architecture.  Salvatore speaks English, Italian and Spanish.
